I want a figure of her so bad, If they make one I may never stop buying the toys. Her skirt could be a problem though.

Really like the new design. Like others have said, a figure is a must have!

Well, here she's bitter and angry (at least initially) as opposed to the old show she was relatively sweet (if a little bland and underused), and I don't think she's a healer anymore. There is also the possibility that they tapped her to be Lion-O's real love interest, which would be a huge departure from the older series (no one had love interests because they thought kids wouldn't care).

As for the guys being from the Dogs of War it certainly looks like they drew inspiration from them anyway.

Well her face looks a bit different, but that's probably the animation style. Maybe they were talking about her new cross bow.

She did kind of have a mean streak in the OS. The ep that comes to mind is when it was panthro/cheetara vs bengali/pumyra she was about to get real serious. Well guess I'll have to wait and see how the story unfolds

Yeah! That was "Catfight" where Mumm-Ra tries to turn the old Thundercats against the new ones and vice versa. They did go at it for a bit, I didn't understand it at the time, but I knew what I was seeing was pretty awesome.

Pumyra doesn't look that different than the old series, but she looks hot. I can see her and Lion-O hook up after what happened between Lion-O and Cheetara.

This was my first thought when I saw their look. I like it.

What color would you say her eyes are? In the colored art Dan posted they look green, but in the still from the show they look more like amber. Maybe I'm just colorblind.

They're brown/amber looking.

They're not green in Dan's art. They're more of a golden color.

That was it. Or maybe i did know her but not by name until now, lol. I mean i remember the others sum of which look like tygra's twins and snarfer, but Yea I had to google her to know who she was back in the 80s , Anyways, i like her new look now it looks way updated, and much better, She reminds me of that avatar girl and alil of Cheetara.
This show might end up being kool after all.

I'm hoping at some point we get to see her with her hair out of that ponytail.

It trips me out that some of you think she is ugly. I could stare at her all day. She's pretty, but there is something more grabbing about her appearance.

Can't wait to see a genuine smile from her on the show!

I'll put it this way, Cheetara is sexy, Pumyra is pretty (and that isn't to say Pumyra isn't sexy or Cheetara isn't pretty, but from a character design standpoint they're two different aesthetics). Cheetara is strong and beautiful, like Xena or Wonder Woman. Pumyra is slim and graceful, like a nymph or a dancer.

Ironically this is almost the exact opposite for the cats each are based on, Cheetahs are light and agile while Pumas are heavy and powerful.

I think Pumyra's ok, i just think she looks kind of like a little girl in the clips we've been shown. Plus that hair....

Dan Norton just post a sketck of a early Bengalli he says and I quote (These drawings were from my old pitch from 2000. I actually did them in the end of 99 or so. I noticed a few folks asking about Bengalli, hope this makes some happy.) so maybe he will look some like this....

Every time I think of pumyra, I think of a 1st year high school girl in anime.

I hope Bengali looks good, and at least keeps a light blue scheme. Hopefully he won't be so "prideful" like Tygra and the others.

I hope tygra and Bengali are the same age and compete against each other.

I'd like to see Bengali be older than the other cats, but younger than Panthro/Lynx-O, sort of to bridge the gap between the age groups. Maybe late twenties to early thirties.

14/15 right? What's wrong with her being a young teen? Maybe it's all the scowling, but she doesn't look so young to me. Actually, 14 seems less likely than 16/17 imo..

Personally, I thought Cheetara was older than what she is, so I guess it's just one of those things.

Her eyes are not all that round, and she looks like she will be a bit on the tall side. She has fuller, filled in lips and the shape of her face is more pointy than the average anime girl.
Well, sexy or cute depends on who you ask.

Finding someone with boobs smaller than a D-cup attractive, does not make you a weirdo.

Some middle aged women have A or B cup sized boobs, and are short and petite. Some highschoolers are much bigger chested, and tall. Some heavier women have small boobs. These body types can be found on some older girl/women. Women have all sorts of body types, regardless of how old they are. Not every 17 year old looks like Cheetara, and liking them shouldn't be chalked up to some strange fetish.

Very small chested. Lean figure.
Ino Yamanaka

More curvier than Sakura. I believe Kishi stated she was the tallest out of the main 3 girls.
Hinata Hyuuga

Classic hourglass figure. Larger bust and hips than the other two.

All of these anime characters are in their late teens.All of them are, give or take a few months, the same age.
Pumyra seems to be shaped more like Sakura or in between Sakura and Ino, while Cheetara falls somewhere between Ino and Hinata.

I know the adverage cartoon teen female looks more like Cheetara and Ino, but the world has sooooo much more to offer. Even more than what I posted here

Tygra, like Neil Patrick Harris, is so manly that only another man could possibly satisfy him.
